Please note that due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the following cases:

- In the event that we have made an error on your order or product, we will work to correct it as quickly as possible.
It’s important to note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a return or exchange. Also, all items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
